Terms of service
Effective 20 October 2026
By using BotUP (the Android app and botup.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BotUP sends HTTP requests to URLs you add and alerts you when they fail. The service is free during the beta, with a limit of 10 monitors per account. Features and limits may change; we will announce changes in the app or on this site.
Your responsibilities
- Only monitor websites and endpoints that you own or are authorised to monitor.
- Do not use BotUP to overload, attack or probe systems, or to monitor private or internal networks.
- Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
We may pause monitors or close accounts that break these rules.
No guarantee
BotUP is provided as is. We work to keep checks and alerts reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every outage is detected or that every alert is delivered on time. Push delivery also depends on your phone, its battery settings and Google services. Do not rely on BotUP as your only safeguard for critical systems.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BotUP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the service or from missed or late alerts.
Ending your use
You can stop using BotUP and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
