Delete your BotUP account
Deleting your account removes your data immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address and Google account ID
- All monitors and their settings
- All check results, daily summaries and incidents
- Registered devices and push tokens, and every active session
Copies may remain in automatic database backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. Nothing is kept after that.
In the Android app
- Open BotUP and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete.
On the website
Sign in with the same Google account, open Settings and choose Delete account.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@botup.app from the address of your Google account with the subject "Delete my BotUP account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
